Mr. Mirza is a Management, Finance, Governance and Compliance professional He has served as Company Secretary for MCB Bank. Earlier, in other places, he has served as Executive Director, Group Financial Controller, Director Corporate Affairs & Risk Management and Manager Finance.
He holds Bachelors’ and Masters’ degrees in Business Administration, both from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi.
