Asghar Abbas

Asghar Abbas has been associated with KPMG and THK for over 34 years and has experience providing share registrar services, to over 100 listed companies of Pakistan, with diversified responsibility e.g. to supervise the core activities as balloters for IPO’s and also providing consultancy services including compliances matters relating to Pakistan Stock Exchange, Central Depository Services and Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

He has previously served as the Chief Operating Office and has been instrumental in the growth of THK, and provision of high level of service to the clients.
